Bring a picnic for a half way halt otherwise there is a choice of two fine pubs and a cafe at Chipperfield for those with larger appetites at walk's end.

A gentle meander through woods and open countryside taking in Bronze Age burial mounds, two historic churches and the historic market town of Bovingdon.

A Bluebell Walk in Berrygrove Woods.
Meeting point: Opposite St John's Church, Aldenham. A postcode nearby is WD25 8BE.

Enjoy the sight and fragrance of the bluebells. A short, easy walk suitable for the less active. Bluebells don’t bloom to order, so we may have to change the date. Look on the website www.badfa.org.uk or ring the numbers at the top of the page to check a few days before. We do send out a walk reminder to those registered for it a few days before.
